AFRICAN AMERICAN ETHNIC SPORTS HALL OF FAME

It’s not about career wins. It’s about real-life victories.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

On behalf of the African American Ethnic Sports Hall of Fame we invite you to join us at our “Annual Induction Ceremony” held this year at the Historic Alhambra Ballroom 2116 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard on Saturday, July 8, 2006. The event begins at 6:30 PM with the VIP Reception with the Stars” and is a Black Tie event.

This is an opportunity to meet and witness some of the greatest athletes ever, as they are inducted into the Hall of Fame. This event will allow us to recapture, remember and honor some great athletes and living legends, and you are invited to participate. You have the unprecedented opportunity to witness the induction of the class of 2006, while demonstrating a sense of community and helping make dreams come true for our academic achievers.

The AAESHOF is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, and is dedicated to the development of opportunities for young, less fortunate people to gain exposure to positive aspects of life. This is our major Hall of Fame scholarship fund-raiser for students to attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities. It helps students from economically challenged backgrounds fund their education through our “Academia Achievers Award Program” (AAA!!!)

The event will be broadcast on WSRN radio web cast and streamed on the Internet.  Negotiations are in the process for televising the event. It will be video taped for presentation onto the Internet by Pay2ViewTV.com. National, International and local print media, television and radio will be represented and  interviews will be conducted on a regular basis, prior to and during the event.
